UFO Report: This situation is unfolding on a daily basis. We're not yet prepared, nor do we have the necessary information to present our thoughts regarding this new Kiviat production. We will however present to you what we can.
Dear Mark,
I have seen your message, but not the show Kiviat put out last night.
From the information I have the show was a gross mispresentaion of the facts, it was a final stab by Kiviat to squeeze the last drop of blood out of the AA film. The person that they produced who said I had paid is completely unknown to me.
I have long gone on record with the story of the Tent Footage and Kiviat was aware of the situation three years ago. I have plenty of hand written notes to me by Kiviat that he would today find very embarrassing.
It was I three years ago who pulled the Tent Footage!
When I decide to let this thing go....I will be responsible for one of the greatest and most interesting stories ever....at that time .It will give me great pleasure to leave Kiviat behind!
I know your feelings with respect to the film, and the fact that most people consider it a Hoax is fair enough. However if you believe nothing else, know this, the story of the AA film goes far further than that nonsense of last night and the film itself .....well it's the real thing....and time will tell!

Unfortunately I am at home, if I were in my office I would send you the full background to the Tent Footage. It's important you see it.
I just don't have time now to write it up again.
For now please note
the Tent Footage was NEVER sent to Fox for possible broadcast. I
explained to Kiviat three years ago that the cameraman had no knowledge of the
Tent Footage in question and he confirmed that he did not
film it. When the agreement was signed with Kiviat it was I that
kept the Tent Footage out of the deal and Kiviat who insisted it should go in
(I won it was kept out).
In stating the above Kiviat still wanted to use the film. In the end I only agreed, if Kiviat would run a disclaimer during the broadcast stating that the Tent Footage is not part of the AA film. Kiviat drafted the disclaimer in his own hand, and I still have a copy of it.. Eventually I managed to talk Kiviat out of using the film.
Three years later, Kiviat possibly needs money and sells the idea to Fox that he can put a show together about Hoaxes using the Tent Footage he abandoned the first time around.
I did not pay for or commission the Tent Footage and I have never met the people that say they were in it. I do know AK Music but that is the only correct link.
If the main thrust of Kiviat story is true, why did AK Music and their owners go bankrupt two years ago when all they had to do was to go public with the story for money..
I have given up defending the AA film however I am saddened that such a cheap shot by Kiviat gets so much attention. The real story still has some way to go!
