I hope this letter finds you and family in good health and spirits. In our never ending quest to try to set the record straight, we at UFO Report would like to solicit your help regarding our latest review subject. Below you will find the complete transcript of a past Starfire Radio Program. We've  waited over a year for things to cool off and we are now ready to review this material and the person whom released this material. We'd like to thank Mr. Earl Haley, Jr., for taking the time to painstakingly transcribe this material for us. Please excuse the misspelled words, we've done the best we could but some terms we were unfamiliar with so the best-guess approach was used. And, of course, some are...mistakes!

I've set in bold type (and astericks if you're recieving this via e-mail) some of the items with I find of most interest to myself. These regard certain statements or claims which I'd like to get further clarification and / or substantiation of. And in some cases, these items just make no sense to me and I'm looking for people better educated than myself to comment on them. But please feel free to comment on any of this material which you feel qualified to comment on.

I'm not looking for arm-chair critique, I'm looking for educated, sound, logical  thinking. Valid responses, which have a basis in known scientific theories and fact. In addition, if the reviewer can point out any web sites, text, videos and other material to substantiate their position, that would be very beneficial as well. In my own uneducated opinion I think that much of this is science-fiction at best, and down right lies at worst. However, their is always the chance that there may lay something of substance and truth within this transcript.

After I receive the results from you all (this is being sent out to American Indian's, scientist's of many disciplines, etc.), I will first send the final text to Mr. Robert Ghostwolf for his response and then I will publish this entire thing, uncut and uncensored, to our web site.

As you can imagine this type of activity takes an amazing amount of time to complete. However, if done in a mature and objective manner we think that this type of research can only help the various research communities which this materail involves itself in. Of course we have are detractors, making statements regarding the need for nuts and bolts research, not for name calling. Well, that's a matter of investigation opinion and protocol. In our opinion, any claims that are made should be checked out and the people making those claims should be checked out as well.

In any event, please send this report back to use with your remarks made out in a clear and legible manner. And please get in touch with us if you'd rather not participate, this will save us time and money in the long run.
