Chuck Missler: What does he think?

New Information regarding Missler's thoughts.

As of 10/17/99, I'm still waiting for a response to my letter...read on please.

Hello Fellow Researcher and Enthusiasts,

Below you will find a letter/fax/e-mail that I have sent to Rev. Chuck Missler. Missler (located in Idaho), is a Christian Pasture and Teacher with an interesting (though not new) view point on the Alien/UFO subject. What prompted me too write this letter is a video called The Return of the Nephilim, in which Missler claims that the ET and their craft are "real". Real in a Satanic nature; people may think they are seeing something, which may or may not be a physical manifestation.

Though that doesn't really matter, all that matters is that Satan is using this (now popular) means and subject matter to get you to go over to the dark side. What interested me most was his inclusion of video clips and still photographs of anomalous objects. In a nut shell, he uses much of the same tried (tired) and true "evidence" that the pro Alien Gray / Visitation crowd uses. This is a very interesting tact.

I encourage you to write to Mr. Missler (he'll probable give you a free copy of his newsletter). He has some very interesting things to say, not all of them based in a religious frame work.  ET's, Earth Changes, AIDS, Structure on Mars, Human history, etc. Something for everyone.

RE: The Return of the Nephilim

Dear Mr. Missler,

Sometime ago I purchased your video tape "The Return of the Nephilim" after a friend of mine made me aware of your organization and its material. Before I continue I would like to thank you for the free subscription to your Personal Update Newsletter. I find it very well done and I look forward to reading  it thoroughly each month.

Let me state here that I am in no way a biblical scholar, not even close, so I will keep my comments focused on what I do have a little knowledge about. At the beginning of the "The Return of the Nephilim" video tape you show a montage of UFO video clips and still images, many of which have been presented as evidence ad nauseum. As a publisher of print and web-based UFO information, and after spending countless hours and thousands of dollars in researching this subject, I can say without reservation that many of those clips and stills are highly dubious.

To open your video program with these video clips and stills, and to place them is some way as "proof" or "evidence" to help substantiate your claim that something; be it metallic craft, inter-dimensional what's its,  Satanic beings, or whatever, are real, cast severe doubt on your objectivity and in your final analysis. In my opinion and in my experience, we can point to nothing at the present time that's even remotely close to evidence of ET visitation.

Further, you place your material (partially based) on these images (craft) and beings (abductions) in a Satanic light. I cannot really comment here other than to say, "You may be right." Then again, I can cast reasonable and credible doubt on most of the photos, video's, radar sightings, landing trace cases,  abductions, etc., that you would /might like to present as corroborating evidence. It is my assumption that this evidence is critical to your material or you would not have included it. My questions for you are, "Why do you feel the need to add this unsubstantiated and completely unfounded information in your material?" And, "Can you make the case for your claims without using this unsubstantiated information?"

I have looked deeply and objectively into many UFO cases and I have found nearly everyone to be sorely lacking in evidence of any substance. The cases I could not call dubious are the ones that are either too old to gather new information about or they are so lionized by the UFO community I found it impossible to go any further.

I can not categorically say that all sighting  (eye witness, video, photo, etc.) are mis-identifications, hoaxes, frauds, etc. That would be disingenuous to a subject that just might have some bases in reality. I can say that anyone willing to put in the time, money and effort in an honest attempt to get the straight story will come away fully disappointed and frustrated. Disappointed in the material that's being disseminated to the public. Disappointed in the UFO figureheads and committees (MUFON, as an example), and frustrated and saddened by the less than admirable qualities most of the "public speakers, researchers, etc.," exhibit when challenged and questioned on their beliefs.

I would like to discuss these matters with you at length either on your radio show, or possibly while you are down in Murrieta or San Diego. Please feel free to have yourself or a designee investigate the web site that I constructed for another gentleman. Here you will find many of the gross inaccuracies, mis-identifications, and frauds (and possible true unknowns) that I am writing to you about. Please keep in mind, I am not discounting your thoughts on this subject. However I am interested in what specific material evidence (photo's, video, etc.), you point to as conclusive enough too included and therefore substantiate your position. Thank you again for the newsletters, I hope to here from you in the future.

Sincerely,

Mark L. Center
