UFO's: Down to Earth
In January of 1997,
the Discovery channel present a 4 part show on UFO's called "UFO's: Down to
Earth". In this production they re-created the Alien Autopsy and they had military
cameraman from the 1940's, LT COL. Dan McGovern film it using the same vintage
camera equipment allegedly used to film the original. The producers stated that
"because of legal reasons we can not broadcast the original footage." Their
re-creation is very poor and really of no use at all. It's funny that the Sightings
program played the original footage and basically said, "Come after us! We think
its a fake!" Alien Autopsy: Fact or Fiction producer,
Robert Kiviat, has stated that he let them get away with it. Highly suspect
action, bearing in mind that Sightings is calling Kiviat either a thief (if
it is government property), or a thief (ripping off the public), if it is a
hoax.

Below you see McGovern.
He took highly classified photos during his service days. Some researchers think
he's off base stating that, "Color film would most definitly be used to film
medical procedures," because these researchers have not been able to find any
from the 1940's. Well, McGovern says he shot some of them and like Corso says,
" I was there, you were not!" We are in the middle of an interesting project
which included McGovern and other military cameramen. We'll keep you posted.
